At Your Life Regained, we believe in the power of nutrition to transform lives. While supplements are a wonderful help to bridge nutritional gaps, the main source of our nutrients should come from foods.
I suggest buying organic as much as possible as non-organic grains and legumes in the US are sprayed with glyphosate (for faster drying) which is very damaging to our guts. Organic vegetables and fruits contain more nutrients and less pesticides and herbicides and are not genetically altered. Non organic dairy and beef are typically from cows that have been fed growth hormones, which will negatively effect our hormones. Lately, cows and pigs are being injected with mRNA vaccines which have shown to be very harmful. Most non organic chicken are fed growth hormones and antibiotics which if eaten regularly will effect our hormones and make us resistant to antibiotics - in case we ever need them.
